Social Media Clients must give 30 day’s notice to cancel services.
Once Timoney Media has been paid there are no refunds. A monthly invoice will be sent out and must be paid within 4 business days otherwise there is a $25 late fee.
We prefer that you let us do your social media as agreed, and if you have something you want to post, please send to us and we will post it. We prefer to be the sole content creator for your platforms.
We will not post anything inappropriate or use songs with explicit language.
Any audience comments that are inappropriate will be deleted.
If your audience has questions about a product or service, we will direct them to call the store or business.
